1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

 


1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) through our official boutique, website, mobile website, social media channels, or other online platforms owned by Kimete Mustafa (collectively referred to as “Kimete Mustafa”).


1.2 Kimete Mustafa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.


1.3 By continuing to browse, engage with, or place an order through our website or platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please refrain from making a purchase.

 


 

 

2. ORDERING & CONTRACT AGREEMENT

 


2.1 When you place an order, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Kimete Mustafa, and these terms & conditions will apply.


2.2 Orders can be placed in-person at our boutique (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET) or ONLINE via our official website at www.kimetemustafa.com, as well as through our social platforms, WhatsApp, Viber, or other registered channels (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET).


2.3 Upon placing your order, and provided you have supplied a valid email address, you will receive an order confirmation via email.


2.4 Your order will be processed according to the confirmation details. Full payment is required to initiate production.


2.5 If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, you will be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, if payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. For any refund-related concerns, you may contact us at info@kimetemustafa.com. You will not incur additional charges in such cases.

4. PRODUCTS

 


4.1 All products offered by Kimete Mustafa are exclusively made-to-order in either standard sizing or custom sizing. Please note, products displayed on our website and social media are samples for presentation purposes only.


4.2 Due to variations in screen settings across different devices, slight color differences between photos and the actual product may occur.

 


 

 

5. PRODUCTION TIMEFRAME

 


The standard production time for Kimete Mustafa garments is approximately 20 working days, subject to product complexity. A more precise delivery timeframe will be provided by our sales team.

 


 

 

6. SHIPPING POLICY

 


6.1 Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday only.


6.2 You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We recommend regularly monitoring your shipment status.


6.3 Express couriers often provide estimated delivery windows that allow for potential delays; your order may arrive earlier than stated, so there is no need for concern.


6.4 Typical shipping duration is 3–4 business days, excluding potential customs clearance delays, which depend on the promptness of customs fee payments.

 


 

 

7. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

 


7.1 Product prices do not include import taxes, duties, or other customs-related charges. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Kimete Mustafa is not responsible for these additional costs.


7.2 If you refuse to accept your order or decline to pay the applicable customs fees upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us, and no refund will be issued.


7.3 Customs processes may extend delivery times. We recommend consulting your local customs office for further details.

 


 

 

8. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 


8.1 Returns and exchanges are strictly subject to presentation of the original purchase invoice.


8.2 As all items are produced based on individual orders, including specific sizing or customer measurements, returns are not permitted.


8.3 All garments are custom-made or made-to-order in standard sizing, therefore we urge customers to carefully consider their purchase as exchanges or returns are not accepted.


8.4 Damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged. Prior to shipping, you will receive a detailed video of your completed garment, clearly showing all product details, quality confirmation, and proof of adherence to your provided measurements. For optimal accuracy, measurements should be taken by a qualified professional.


8.5 Custom-made garments may present minimal imperfections, as a flawless fit typically requires at least one in-person fitting. All orders undergo strict quality checks to ensure adherence to your submitted measurements and requests.

 


 

 

9. ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND

 


9.1 You may request to cancel your order if the product does not meet the specifications provided during ordering. A valid reason must be presented for cancellation approval.


9.2 Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:

 

  • Within 24 hours of payment confirmation: Full refund available.

  • Between 24 and 72 hours after payment: 50% refund of the item price.

  • Between 72 and 120 hours after payment: 30% refund of the item price.

  • Beyond 120 hours after payment: No refund will be granted.
