Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kimete Mustafa! Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

 1. No Returns
- As all items are produced based on individual orders, including specific sizing or customer measurements, returns are not permitted.

 2. Filing for Return
- If in any case there is something else unpredicted, you must file for a return within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  - The return request must be submitted via email/phone (+38344871333 or  info@kimetemustafa.com). Please include photos clearly showing the dress.

 3. Return Approval
- We will review if the return request is valid and let you know if it is accepted or not.

 4. Return Process
- If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the dress.
- Once we receive the returned dress and confirm the issue, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund, as agreed upon during the return process.
